I am not very creative when it comes to packaging my Items for postage once sold. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas? It can be brought or handmade.

I package mine in zip lock bags and try to expel as much air as I can to make them as flat as possible. Include the yarn type and washing instructions and also your contact details for future sales.

I would add to aussie sheila's post by stapling a folded paper topper to the top of each bag as decoration. I have made these for cookies that where sold at the high school bake sale. you can use a topper that is printed on your computer using your logo and or decorate it with strips of scrapbook paper and or punched items. Fold the paper over, make it the length of the bag, and staple both ends. It gives your bag a finished look. If you google bag toppers using images you will get lots of ideas. This gives a nice look without much cost.

you will try folding smartly, backing with cardboard for help and then using kit wrap like warehouses use to hold containers at the same time. you may place a label with merchandise call, length, care training, etc. formerly wrapping. This wrap in basic terms sticks to itself. My small products are photographed and then placed in ziplock bags with the call, length, colour, etc on written on the label. I additionally comprise the wrap from between the skeins of yarn I used so client has get right of entry to to the fiber content and care training. stable success.
