Screws from Gundam Model Kits?

Question

how do you guys screw those buggers in, seems everytime i try, the screw either gets stripped, doesnt get aligned correctly and screws up the hole, or in one case actually broke in half on me.

is there a specific screw driver you guys use? im using the Initial-D screwdriver kit (friend got it for me a while back)

and also where can i order stronger, better screws

I don't use any specific screwdriver for the screws, just the standard tools kit. For stronger, better screws, you can get them at the hobby shops where they sell all your standard gundam models, tank models, etc. I saw that they sell it on ebay too where a bag of those screws (around 500) selling for less than $10.
