What are some fun things to do if you have a lot of free time?

i am unemployed and trying to get a job. I literally do nothing all day except watch tv. I have a lot of free time on my hands. What is something fun i can do with all this free time?

Learn how to make something! For example, knitting, sewing, making jewelry, scrapbooking, building something, carving, making pottery, designing clothes (then making them), etc. You could also: watch movies, do puzzles, go for a walk/run, bake/cook, make holiday presents for people, wrap the presents with home-made wrapping paper, fix things around your house, re-vamp your resume, clean, answer lots of Yahoo answers :), read, etc. Okay maybe all of those aren't fun but you get the idea. :) Be creative and have fun! Good luck finding a job!

My idea of fun with free time is to get free cards online to send people, also good clean jokes, cartoons, and join forums that have similar interests. A Google search will give you sites for these.



With the holidays coming up Google Image searches are most interesting. I also get free Thanksgiving printouts and will get some for Christmas.
