where can i buy wetsuit/neoprene material for cheap?

Question

i need to buy a whole lot of colored neoprene material for a project i am working on i need to be able to sew it, so around 3 mm or 2 mm thick. i will need about 5 to six meters/yards of it. if i can but it on a bolt for a reasonable price, i can do that too. i have checked everywhere but ii can't find it anywhere with the specifications i need.

must have:
-turquoise/light blue color. can be white, but i would prefer light blue or turquoise
-2mm to 3m thick
-reasonable price (i know it's expensive material but i still need a somewhat cheap price)
-can be bought in large amounts

if you can help me, that would be really great. thanks in advanced.
