Do something no one else will probably do. Like a pop up card.

Be sure to make it colorful. Add some glitter.

i admire the assumption of nutrients...Make your familiar trip nutrients, like cookies, take a image of it and use that because of the fact the front of your card. in case you may no longer take a image of it, try typing the recipe in a familiar font, recipe card kind and use that...you will detect a neat quote (google trip expenses) and use that for the interior! you ought to use this to play up the "traditions" perspective. in case you prefer you need to even photocopy a image from a mag or cookbook and use that! --have exciting and good success!

If it's allowed, you could skip the drawing and make a cross-stitched card instead! That way it would be different than others...

Religious themes seem to work...unless there are few Christians in your school.

Puppies and love also work well. Good luck.

If you don't win, ask for only that for Christmas... a few pesos from each giver and there's your iPod. Say no candies, nor clothes, nor "junk".

Here are some of my tips:

*If ever there's no indicated size or feature of the Christmas card, you can make it in a SCROLL form(the one used in the ancient times) like the one here in the picture.... http://www.compassionatexpression.com/Fantasy%20Scroll.jpg

*Add some decorations like artificial red flowers and green leaves (because red and green are the motif colors of Christmas) such as poinsettia. Here's the image:

You may also add some eye catching letter fonts and glitters...

*After you wrote your heartwarming words in the letter, you may close and wrap it with an enclosed ribbon.

*If you want, you can put the scroll (your letter) inside a wine bottle like this:

http://www.magic.org/store/images/neilsen_vanishing_bottle.jpg

*Before you put inside the scroll inside the wine bottle, you can put some confetti inside the bottle and some other crafts you like.

I hope this will work out... If you want some more suggestions and tips, feel free to send me an email...
