I am talking about that flat square thing that has measurements on the side and a lever that u pull down and it slices the paper?

I am looking for one and I can't seem to find one anywhere online, i've tried "paper cutter" "paper slicer" ahhhhhhhhhh those don't work so what the heck is it called?

It's a paper cutter. I think you're talking about the Guillotine style ones. But they're called paper cutters.

They are calle paper trimmers or paper cutters. The one you are describing is a Guillotine style. Fiskars makes one that you can get at a craft store, or X-Acto makes one that you can get at an office supply store such as Staples or Office Depot.

it is named a "Trimmer". There are specifically 3 kinds (for homestead use) a million) Rotary variety - A board with a rolling blade which you push down the paper 2) A board with a table sure blade that runs on my own a ruler (like an xacto blade) 3) Guillotine variety - specifically in faculties, places of work - has a huge blade that drops down the area.

Paper cutter/trimmer whatever. I know what you're talking about, my art teacher had one. I don't know the exact name. This site has plenty different kinds to choose from.

It's called a paper trimmer. My teachers used to use those to size papers for paper crafts

mine was called a photo cropper. Try Michaels arts and crafts. they have a few to chose from.
