Lots of places on the internet. I listed 3 below. The "creating keepsakes" one is a magazine site but it has lots of free info, page examples, and ideas. My favorite is the about.com one because it just goes on and on about any topic you want!

Yes....for the best layouts...where there are users from all over the world and thousands in the gallery, check 2peas. There is a member gallery, a creative garden, and message boards. It is the best rated scrapbook site out there...and very addicting!

Check www.scrapbook.com not only they have an amazing gallery, poems, quotes and all sort of resources. You can buy supplies from them as well and even have your own place at their website. All for free. They have amazing forums and you can obtain tips and suggestions from people almost immediately.
