I learned online that you could use transfer paper and a regular ink-jet printer to transfer an image onto a cotton t-shirts...with an iron. But...I was wondering, will it wash out easily? How long will it last??? Thanks:0)

No, it will not wash out easily, but you have to care about it: Turn it inside out before washing and do not use excess heat when washing!

As mentioned, it won't wash out (actually wash *off*) but do apply it properly (and thoroughly), don't wash for a week at least, turn inside out when washing/drying, don't use harsh detergents like Tide/etc.
If you do all those things, it could last years and years depending on how often it's washed and worn.
You can get more info about iron-on transfers in my previous answer here:
nicely you would possibly want to purchase a silk show printer..which will value you about $three hundred besides the undeniable fact that the problem-free way identity to purchase T-blouse move paper at a craft keep and print out the layout and then iron it on to the blouse. the have particular paper for gentle or darkish hues too yet there is not any way that you would possibly want to easily in good structure a t-blouse into your printer and make a blouse. it may jam the printer and smash both the blouse and the printer. plus it may take a large form of un-needed stress and time to bathe the blouse/ pull it out of the printer and the blouse receives ruined besides in case you do this. so do not positioned it contained in the printer! keep your self some problem
