alright so ive asked this same question before and got really arogent and aggravated responses but no real answers so those who do answer please, constructive criticism only otherwise your not really using yahoo answers correctly, which is hard to do. ANYWAY! So i have adopted lockpicking as a hobby just something to practice for when something comes up and i may need the skill.i can pick basic locks like those on my dads tool chest. but when i come to door locks i dont think ive ever been successful. i have bought practice locks and took pins out and work my way up, but actual door locks attached to a door i cannot seem to pick. i take time and push each pin up a few times. which obviously makes me sound like a novice but i dont understand what more there is to it. i have looked into the mechanics and innerworkings of a lock inside and out. if anyone can give me pointers or tell me what main thing i am doing wrong PLEASE do not hesitate to school me off my ***. just dont call me an idiot after all i am learning and i admit im a novice. also i am using a purchased set of lock picks and use feather weight on the tension wrench and ive tried puching harder on the tension wrench, i have sat down and tried 1 lock over and over and over and over but cannot seem to get it even once. please help in anyway possible :).
