Hi, a group of my friends and I are going to be participating at the craft fair at our school. I was just wondering if there were any easy, fast, and cheap things i can make and how to make them. We are interested in small crafts or jewelry. none of us know how to knit or crochet. We are very artistic and enjoy cute things. haha, thanks!
p.s. We DO know about Threadbanger, and we like it ROB, MEG AND CORINNE FTW

you could make cute bows, their quick and easy! All you need is scraps of fabric and thread! or you could make bracelets and necklaces out of beads or you could go back to scoobie making and make keyrings (i got heaps of mine at home) and yeah that's all I can think of

Since Halloween is soon, I would do the tootsie pop ghost for one idea. You could buy a couple bags of em and sell em at a dollar each. Just take a scrap of white fabric and before you put it on the pop, use a black sharpie to dot two eyes n a mouth, then cut with pinking shears, or decorative sizers a circle about an inch and a half around Use a small black rubber band or a black string to tie your ghost onto the pop. Use a square of Styrofoam to display it. You can either spray paint the foam or get floral foam at your local hobby store.

Make monk monks. they are monkeys made from red toed/heeled work socks. It is a child's toy. Very popular at craft fairs, Macy's even had one for sale this past year, a small version as a Xmas ornament.

One vendor at the craft fair made earrings. Tiny little ones that had hearts, or angels or looked like little Xmas ornaments. She put up a sign that said profit to the American Cancer society. $5, boxed, and she sold out.

Earrings are fast and easy. Dangle earrings are cheap and easy. Buy a head pin, load the beads, buy the post or wire, make a loop at the end of the head pin and attach the loop to the post or wire. 5 minutes, plus the time to decide what beads to use. You will need jewelry pliers, round nose ones, about 3-6 dollars each, depending on the brand, and of course the wires or posts, the pins and the beads themselves.

Cookies on a stick, or in a baggie. caramel apples. gourmet brownies. homemade candy[pick simple recipes like Buckeyes, or fudge, or divinity or peanut brittle]. Need a very clean kitchen and good clean technique to sell these.

you can buy a bunch of tootsie pops and then a multitude of color felt and make little covers for the tootsie pops tops. I see little felt witch covers a lot around Halloween and you can even but your school name on them and more importantly the consumers get a little something to snack on which will draw crowds!!

just put to felt sheets on top of each other and cut out the pattern (make sure its big enough for the tootsie pop to clip in but small enough so it just doesn't slide off and tie a ribbon around the bottom) then make stitches around your pattern to give it antique kinda look

say you make a bat... use a small button for one the the eyes then a big button for the other eye! it looks great, it is cheap, fun to make, and just plain awesome!

good luck!!
