In magazines like Creating Keepsakes & Simple Scrapbooks. (Your library might have copies).

On tv, There is a show called DIY Scrapbooking. Online, they have every project from every episode:

The best online scrapbook gallery & message board is 2peas:

They have thousands of layouts & you can search the gallery for what you are looking for.

Also online is http://scrapbook.com/. They have an online store, message board, gallery, and great library of titles, quotes, poems, etc.

Happy Scrapping!

Oh, why they are everywhere! I love to scrapbook! I get ideas from Magazines, and everything! I could give you a few right now:

Embossing

Cropping edges

Red Eye pens

Cardstock of COlors

And more, but that would take a while ☺

For more ideas, I get my ideas here:

take a browse through your local craft store. they always have ideas for special pages. if oyu have cable watch scrapbooking on the diy channel or check out the diy website. also if you know anyone who does scrapbooking take a look at thier work and then come up with your own version. just remeber don't be afraid to experiment.

Online is one of the best resources you can get. As a beginner I would check out a copy of Simple Scrapbooks magazine, it has great tips for beginners, like what tools you should have and some great page layout ideas. I find it to be a great resource and the ideas don't get to complicated.

Good Luck...warning, you will get addicted to this hobby! have fun with it.

In addition to books from your library, I keep a notebook of the packaging pieces that came with my supplies - they always have good suggestions that incorporate the items I want to use. Also search for free online ideas.
