You could make a collage inside a frame and hang them on a wall. You could also decopage them onto the outside of a box or sports related item, such as a football helmet or hockey mask.

If you have a wooden coffee table, you could get a piece of glass to cover it & put the ticket stubs under the piece of glass.
You could decoupage them onto coasters.
If you have any pictures of the sporting events, you could buy some frames & put a picture along with the corresponding stub into it & make a collage on the wall of them. ~or~ You could decoupage the stubs onto the frame of the corresponding picture...

The black card pages with clear plastic strips (hole punched to fit in ring binders) used by collectors of stamps, old matchbox labels and other small collectables would be best. They are made in several types, with different widths of plastic strip (although all with same overall page size). The black card sets off most such small paper collectables nicely. Look on ebay in the stamp collecting section, and look for albums & stock books sub section.

I have a scrapbook that I use specifically for that kind of stuff. I take the stubs and place them in the scrapbook in order of the event date.

Start a border around the walls of your recreation / game room.
