The U.S. Postal Service issued a nondenominated definitive American Flag stamp is it a forever stamp? It has no price on it? I know there is a Liberty Bell Stamp that says Forever on it.

No, the flag stamps are not "forever" stamps, but the ones issued in 2007 should always be worth 41 cents. Only the Liberty Bell stamps are marked "forever" and therefore can always be used for first-class mail. On the bright side, the Liberty Bells you buy today for 41 cents will be worth 42 cents each beginning May 12, 2008 (and probably 43 cents a year from now!).

Why should there be a flag on our stamps? When I was a kid the most popular stamp I can remember was the 4 cent stamp which had Abe Lincoln on it. Most recently it was the Liberty Bell. Are you under the impression that the flag is always on our stamps and that the Obama Administration has secretly ordered its removal? If so, you qualify as being uninformed enough to follow Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachman. Good luck.

Yes if there is no letter A,B etc on it. In that case it was issued for a particular service and this is not a "forever" stamps.

However all stamp issued since 1850 is still valid for postage today.

Here is a book for you. How to make money selling stamps and you will learn a lot of non conventional ways.

Try it before buying stamps at the P.O. You may learn a lot just by the sales page...

Good luck with your business...
